罗玉洁：女，博士，研究方向为生态安全评价、低碳旅游等。主持省部级课题“旅游活动对自然保护区生态健康的影响——以山东省典型自然保护区为例”。在Tree Physiology，Plant and Soil等SCI一区期刊发表论文“Functional traits contributed to the superior performance of the exotic speciesRobinia pseudoacacia: a comparison with the native treeSophora japonica”以及“Increased nitrogen deposition alleviated the competitive effects of the introduced invasive plantRobinia pseudoacaciaon the native treeQuercus acutissima”等。作为指导教师，曾获评山东女子学院优秀学士学位论文。

个人感悟：教师不应该专教书，他的责任是教人做人；学生不应该专读书，他的责任是学习人生之道。
